Sixteen years of hydrogen engineering. An AI-driven platform for what comes next.

H₂-Enterprises is not starting from zero. It is transforming 16 years of hydrogen and energy engineering into an AI-driven computational engineering platform capable of developing multiple scalable product families across ten global markets — energy, hydrogen, synthetic fuels, mobility and autonomous systems.

01Investment thesis

Why this company can create outsized value.

  1. Foundation

    Not starting from zero

A 16-year engineering history in hydrogen, LOHC and energy systems — the company did not begin with the current AI narrative.

  2. Acceleration

AI changes the cost of engineering

Aetherion is designed to increase engineering speed and reduce the capital intensity of each new product.

  3. Platform

    Products, not custom plants

Modular units scale by replication into rack architectures; multiple product families share one computational backbone.

  4. Reach

    Ten global markets

Energy infrastructure, data centers, buildings, industry, hydrogen, synthetic fuels, maritime, mobility and autonomous systems.

02Why now

The foundation is 16 years old. The speed is new.

Maritime was the starting point: battery technology could not practically enable an electrically powered yacht to cross the Atlantic. The search for a liquid, safe and practical hydrogen-storage concept led to LOHC — and to the platform H₂-Enterprises is building today.

  1. Foundation

    Sixteen years of engineering

LOHC storage and release, energy conversion and thermal integration since 2010 — with a dehydrogenation prototype developed and operated in 2016.

  2. Inflection

    AI makes engineering software

Physics-based models, AI agents, digital twins and automated simulation now allow engineering logic to be encoded into reusable computational models.

  3. Consequence

    Speed and capital efficiency

Iteration moves from hardware into software. Each new product family starts from an existing, validated engineering base instead of from zero.

03Technology moat

The defensible asset is the engineering layer underneath every product.

Reusable computational IP, proprietary data and validated engineering models — not a single site-specific project.

  • 01

    Reusable computational IP

Engineering models, simulation set-ups and design logic owned by H₂-Enterprises and reused across product families.

  • 02

    Proprietary engineering knowledge

Sixteen years of LOHC, hydrogen and energy-system development, including prototype history.

  • 03

    One backbone, many products

    LOHC · SOFC · SOEC · thermolysis · pyrolysis · synthetic fuels · thermal systems · materials · aerospace.

  • 04

    Compounding data

Prototype, test and field results feed back into Aetherion — every product makes the platform smarter.

04Aetherion AI

Why engineering speed and capital intensity can improve.

Aetherion is H₂-Enterprises’ proprietary computational intelligence layer. It generates, simulates and optimises designs in software — requirements, AI design, physics simulation, optimisation, manufacturing model — before a physical prototype is built.

Every prototype and test returns data to the platform, so the next product starts from more validated knowledge than the last.

05Product platform

Two modular product families that scale by replication.

A modular unit is engineered once and scaled into rack architectures — a product model rather than custom plant engineering.
